Cancellation and return : 

• Cheap Vending Machine: Cancellation & Return Policy: All special, custom, and rush orders (e.g., new machines, custom graphics) are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellation & Return Requests: To cancel an eligible order, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours to avoid fees. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
• Return Shipping Responsibility: Shipping costs incurred by Cheap Vending Machine for delivery and return are the buyer’s responsibility. Upon request, we will provide a shipping cost quote for both directions.
• Machine Condition & Packaging: The buyer must secure and package the machine exactly as received. Any damages during return will be deducted from the refund. Ownership remains with the buyer until the machine is received in its original condition.
• Return Authorization: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receipt or 60 days from the original purchase date, whichever comes first. Contact [email protected] to request an RMA.

• The item must be the same brand, model, size, weight, colour, and specifications.
• It must be available for shipping or pickup within 10 business days.
• Pricing includes all fees: shipping, add-ons, taxes, and any other charges.

Shipping

Cheap Vending Machines ships vending machines to the lower 48 states unless otherwise arranged. Some assembly, adjustments, modifications, and levelling may be required upon receipt. We ship via LTL Freight with curbside delivery to the ground level, loading dock, or forklift access, meaning that moving the machine from the curb to its final location is the buyer’s responsibility. In most cases, removing the machine from the pallet is necessary to fit through standard doorways, which is also the buyer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping Details:
Free shipping applies only to commercial addresses in the lower 48 states with a forklift or loading dock. Additional charges apply for remote or limited-access locations and any extra services; these fees must be settled prior to shipping.

Pricing Information:
Our product and service prices are listed on our website. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct any unintentional pricing errors at any time. Sales tax and other fees are detailed on the payment page.

Types of shipping and Associated fees:

Cheap Vending Machine provides multiple shipping options to accommodate various delivery requirements for vending machines. Below are our standard options:

1. Commercial Address without Lift Gate
   • Delivery to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock, where no lift gate is needed. The machine will be delivered to the customer’s loading dock, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to unload the freight with their equipment.
2. Commercial Address with Lift Gate Required
   • Curbside delivery is available to a storefront, driveway, or shipping/receiving area, provided it’s not listed under Limited Access locations. The freight will be delivered curbside, and the driver will not bring the equipment into the building.
3. Limited Access Locations
   • Limited access locations require additional fees, as they involve restricted or challenging delivery conditions. These are areas where pickup or delivery takes more time or involves difficulty accessing with a 53-foot truck. Common limited access locations include but are not limited to:
     • Amusement Parks, Apartment Complexes, Camps, Churches, Colleges, Construction Sites, Fairs, Government Facilities, Military Bases, Prisons, Schools, Synagogues, Universities, and Remote Areas.
   • If the delivery address is classified as limited access after the order is placed, the buyer will be responsible for any additional charges.
4. Remote Access
   • Remote areas may incur higher shipping charges as they are far from standard freight routes. Remote access shipping rates are available upon request and vary depending on variables such as fuel costs and location.
5. Inside Delivery
   • This optional service includes moving the machine through one ground-level threshold. The carrier does not remove the machine from the pallet or packaging. The buyer is responsible for removing the machine from the pallet and setting it in place. The door width should be at least 4 inches wider than the pallet, and door height should be 6 inches higher than the machine height on the pallet.
6. Priority Shipping
   • This service upgrades transit time from “estimated” to “expected” for higher delivery reliability. If the shipment is delayed, only the additional Priority Shipping fee is eligible for reimbursement.
7. Call Ahead
   • This service requests the driver to call the provided number en route to the delivery. Although this instruction is provided to the carrier, it is advisable to track your shipment and contact the destination terminal to prepare for arrival.
8. Appointment Delivery
   • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Note that this may delay transit time.
9. Detention Fees
   • If the machine cannot be unloaded within 30 minutes of arrival, additional charges will apply in 15-minute increments. The buyer will be responsible for covering any incurred detention fees.

Damages: At Cheap Vending Machines, each vending machine is carefully prepared for shipping and securely strapped to a pallet to minimise the risk of transit damage. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the machine for any visible damage *before* signing for the freight. 

Steps for Inspection and Documentation of Damage:

1. Inspect the vending machine immediately upon delivery for any visible damage.
2. If damage is observed, document it in writing by clearly marking “DAMAGE” on the carrier’s delivery receipt *before* signing. This is essential to protect your ability to file a claim.
3. If the delivery receipt is signed without noting “DAMAGE,” this indicates acceptance that the equipment was received in good condition, and the carrier may deny any damage claims.

The buyer, or their representative, is fully responsible for documenting and filing claims with the carrier in the event of damage. Ensuring proper arrangements for inspection upon delivery is essential.

Ownership Transfer and Liability: Once the carrier picks up the equipment from our facility or the manufacturer, ownership transfers from Cheap Vending Machine to the buyer. Cheap Vending Machines are not liable for any damage or delays that occur during transit. Should damage occur, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier. While we are available to provide guidance through the claims process, Cheap Vending Machine is not responsible for any damages or delays and does not offer exchanges or replacements for equipment damaged during shipping.

Additional Note: The buyer cannot request compensation, cancel the order, or initiate a chargeback against Cheap Vending Machine due to transit-related damages or delivery delays.

Warranty: 

Cheap Vending Machine provides a 30-Day Limited Parts-Only Warranty on all vending machines sold, with new machines covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty begins on the delivery date and covers parts only. It excludes service calls, labour, shipping, freight, handling costs, normal wear and tear, and any damage or failure due to improper setup, maintenance, storage, misuse, vandalism, or defacement. 

Warranty Exclusions: This 30-Day Limited Parts-Only Warranty will be void if the machine is:

1. Used for purposes other than intended.
2. Modified in any way after shipment.

Cheap Vending Machine and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or claim, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, revenue, savings, location, product spoilage, or replacement costs).

Technical Support: To access technical support, buyers can submit a support ticket through our website or call us Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Please have your invoice number, buyer’s name, machine model, and a brief description of the issue when submitting a ticket. We respond within 1-2 business days and, if needed, schedule live phone support, which requires the buyer to be present at the machine.

Note: Support is available only to the original buyer; resale of the machine voids this service.*

Disputes:

If a buyer disputes their purchase through a credit card company or third-party provider in violation of this agreement’s terms, Cheap Vending Machine reserves the right to take legal action and enforce this agreement to its fullest extent. An automatic $500 administrative fee will be charged to cover the cost of defending any dispute. Should a decision favour the buyer against the terms outlined in this agreement, the buyer remains obligated to comply with all terms and may be held responsible for attorney’s fees and court costs if legal action is pursued. Cheap Vending Machines may also engage a collection agency to recover the debt. This agreement remains binding and will govern the purchase, regardless of any dispute outcome.

Warehousing Storage and Abandonment of Merchandise

If a buyer fails to complete payment, return necessary documents, provide required information, arrange for pickup, or accept delivery within 90 days of purchase, storage charges will automatically apply without prior written notice. The storage fee is $250 per unit for the first day, with an additional $10 per unit each subsequent day. Machines will be held as collateral against these storage fees and will not be released until all charges are paid in full. Once storage charges exceed the equipment’s value, the equipment will be deemed abandoned, ownership will transfer back to Cheap Vending Machine, and all accrued storage charges will be considered settled.

This website is owned and operated by Cheap Vending Machines. These terms outline the conditions under which you may use our website and services. Our website offers visitors a variety of vending machines, parts, services, and support. By accessing or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item upon commitment and completion of the checkout process.

• Cheap Vending Machines are not responsible for shipping delays. We cannot control external factors such as weather conditions or the efficiency of shipping companies. While we strive to meet or beat estimated shipping dates, some parts may be backordered. In such cases, we will communicate any delays, though this is rare. Guaranteed transit can be purchased at an additional cost; please inquire online or call for more information.
• Our vending machines are prepared for shipping and secured to a pallet to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the machines for any shipping damage before signing for the freight. If you notice visible damage, it must be documented in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier. The buyer or their representative must clearly mark “DAMAGE” on the carrier’s paperwork. Signing the delivery receipt without this notation indicates the equipment was received in good condition, which may result in the carrier denying any damage claims. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file claims with the carrier and ensure arrangements are made to receive and inspect the machines upon arrival.
• Ownership of the equipment transfers from Cheap Vending Machines to the buyer once the carrier picks it up from our facility or the manufacturer. Cheap Vending Machines are not liable for any damages or delays that occur during transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier. While Cheap Vending Machines are available to assist the buyer with the claims process, we are not responsible for any damages or delays in transit and do not offer exchanges or replacements for equipment damaged during shipping. The buyer cannot request exchanges, compensation, or initiate a credit card claim against Cheap Vending Machines for damages in transit or delivery delays.
• Located centrally in Houston and Fort Worth, Texas, we serve customers nationwide and offer free shipping on any vending machine purchase over $1,395.00! Free shipping is only available to commercial addresses equipped with a forklift or loading dock within the lower 48 states. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheap Vending Machines is not liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or goodwill, related to your use or inability to use the service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheap Vending Machines assumes no liability for (i) errors, inaccuracies, or mistakes in content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our services; or (iii) unauthorised access to our secure servers or personal information stored therein.

• Upon receiving a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. We will cover the shipping cost for repaired or replaced products, while the customer is responsible for returning shipping to us.
