Our No Hassle Exchange policy ensures simplicity. If our equipment fails to meet your standards, we'll strive to fix it under our warranty policy. If necessary, we'll replace the vendor, provided it's in the same fiscal condition. Please note, exceptions to this policy are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No Hassle Warranty Policy
All of our vendors come with a 90-day warranty, with the exception of units listed 'as-is' or sold for less than $1500. Warranty coverage is limited to replacing or repairing parts and does not include labor costs or shipping expenses.
Our Refund Policy
Due to our commitment to providing the highest quality service and reliability, all our vending machines and parts undergo thorough testing. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or reimbursements. We stand behind our equipment and strive to address any concerns before purchase
