Refund policy
NO REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Effective Date: March 15, 2026
This No Refund and Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from Cheap Vending Machines.com ("Company"). By purchasing equipment, parts, or services from the Company, the Customer ("Buyer") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales of vending machines are final. Cheap Vending Machines.com does not offer cash or credit card refunds for any vending machine purchase.
2. VENDING MACHINE RETURNS
Returns are only considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to the following strict requirements:
- (a) Authorization: No return will be accepted without a prior approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by the Company.
- (b) Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in brand-new, unused condition.
- (c) Shipping Costs: The Buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.
- (d) Restocking Fee: A restocking fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total sales price will be applied to all vending machines approved for return.
3. PART RETURNS
Returns for parts are subject to the following:
- An approved RMA is mandatory prior to shipping any parts back to the Company.
- Parts must be in original packaging and in brand-new condition.
- The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with part returns.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- (a) Value Requirement: An approved exchange must be for a machine of a higher sales price than the original unit purchased.
- (b) Exchange Fee: If an exchange is approved for a machine that is not of a higher price, a fifteen percent (15%) exchange fee will be incurred by the Buyer.
- (c) Shipping: The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return of the original unit and the delivery of the replacement unit.
5. EQUIPMENT DEPOSITS
Equipment deposits are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of payment. If the equipment is not picked up or delivery is not finalized within this period, the deposit is forfeited as a refund, and a store credit will be issued. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided for deposits.
6. WARRANTY TERMS
- Parts Only: The Company provides a ninety (30) day parts-only warranty.
- On-Site Labor: On-site labor warranty is only applicable to customers located within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of zip code 75050
- Out-of-Area Service: For customers outside the 25-mile service area, a labor charge of $225 applies. Alternatively, the equipment may be transported to the Company’s facility for repair at no labor charge.
- Minimum Purchase Requirement: The specific warranty terms herein apply to purchases of $2500.00 or more per machine.
7. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND FEES
- Base Delivery: Delivery and setup costs are $200.00 per machine for locations within twenty-five (25) miles of zip code 75050.
- Mileage: Each additional mile beyond the initial 25-mile radius will be billed at $2.00 per mile.
- Door Removal: A fee of $100.00 applies if door removal is required for machine placement.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company is not responsible for any damage to the Buyer’s vehicle during the loading or unloading process. All risk of loss or damage to vehicles or personal property during self-transport is assumed by the Buyer.
9. FINANCING AND REPOSSESSION
If the Customer has an unpaid balance on financed equipment that is over sixty (60) days past due, the Company (or its affiliate, Lone Star Refreshments) reserves the legal right to pick up and repossess the equipment.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
In the event of litigation regarding non-payment, contract disputes, or any other legal claims, the parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall reside exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County or Dallas County, Texas.
