This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all products, including new and used vending machines, parts, and accessories, purchased from Cheap Vending Machines.com (the "Company"). By placing an order with us, you (the "Buyer") agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Terms: FOB Origin / Shipping Point
All shipments are made FOB Origin (also known as FOB Shipping Point). This means the Buyer assumes full responsibility and title for the goods as soon as they leave our warehouse and are accepted by the carrier. The Company’s responsibility for the goods ends at the shipping point.
Any claims for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit must be filed by the Buyer directly with the carrier. While the Company may assist by providing documentation reasonably requested to support a claim, the carrier is responsible for transit-related loss or damage after the shipment leaves our facility.
2. Carriers and Shipping Methods
To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our equipment, we utilize different shipping methods depending on the size and requirements of the order:
- USPS: Used for smaller items such as parts, accessories, and lightweight components.
- UPS: Used for medium to large items such as parts, accessories, and components.
- LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight: Used for vending machines and other large equipment.
- White Glove Delivery Services: Used for vending machines and large equipment when premium service is requested (such as inside delivery, uncrating, and placement), as available in your area.
3. Delivery Estimates (Travel and Delivery Times)
Our goal is to provide a prompt and reliable shipping experience. For equipment shipped via truck freight (LTL or White Glove):
- Estimated Travel Time Goal: 3 to 10 business days.
- Dispatch Time: Shipping times refer specifically to the duration the item is in transit after leaving our warehouse. This does not include internal processing, order handling, or customization lead times.
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guarantees. The Company is not liable for delays caused by carrier scheduling, weather, road conditions, mechanical failures, labor issues, local delivery appointments, or other factors outside of the Company’s control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided by quote, depending on the items purchased, delivery location, and shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping: Covers dock-to-dock or curbside delivery.
- Additional Services: Any requests for liftgate service, residential delivery, re-delivery, or White Glove upgrades may incur additional fees which must be paid by the Buyer prior to or at the time of delivery.
5. Free Shipping Promotion
- Cheap Vending Machines.com offers free shipping for vending machines shipped to commercial addresses located within the lower 48 states of the United States.

Commercial Address means a delivery location that:
- Has a loading dock or forklift access available for unloading at the time of delivery; and Does not require a lift gate.

Curbside Only, meaning The carrier will deliver to the storefront, driveway, or shipping/receiving area.

No Inside Delivery: Drivers will not bring the machine inside any building, suite, or residence.
5. Inspection and Damage Reporting
Because all shipments are FOB Origin, it is mandatory that the Buyer inspects the shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Visible Damage: If any damage is visible on the packaging or the machine, the Buyer must note the specific damage on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt (BOL) before the driver leaves.
- Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after uncrating, the Buyer must contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection and file a concealed damage claim.
- Refusal of Shipment: If a machine is severely damaged, the Buyer may refuse the shipment. Please notify our customer service department immediately at sales@cheapvendingmachines.com or by phone 214-444-3619 if a shipment is refused.
6. Address Accuracy and Re-routing
The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible shipping address. If a carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or the absence of an authorized recipient, any storage fees or re-delivery charges will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
